My website process
Well…here we are week 5 Midterm Madness!!! I suppose it could be worse. So I spent my wedding anniversary doing homework, and by the late hour you can see, I have a lot of homework. So here is how I went about my design process…
1. I sat down and wrote up the list of things i needed on the site: wordbursts.
2.Then I went and sketched a few quick ideas on paper: thumbnails.
3. I then proceeded to build these in adobe Illustrator: roughs.
4. If the designs are cleared, I then make final changes on things that need changing and finalize it all before I proceed to the site map and flow charts.
I think that my designs offer a simplicity that I wanted to portray. I am trying to reach people that already like comics, and am trying to get them to enjoy amateur comics online. My designs are simple, and when the artists artwork is added, I believe it really stands out. I tried to keep the navigation simple to further this effect. My target users only have to open a comic book in real life, I don’t want them to have to do too much more online, else I might lose them.
Having my peers give me feedback is a very handy thing indeed. I really like the process of getting feedback, and having discussions about this stuff. Everyone has a different opinion, and I think that getting those opinions makes me look at my designs from multiple angles and gives me ideas. It’s like having a think tank handy. I do believe that my process has remained the same, but my decision making has been exponentially advanced by getting this type of feedback each week…plus it makes me feel like I actually have friends and a life…hehe.

I think that you have a well set process, that seems to me that you have had a bunch of practice with. I find that the feedback process is the most helpfull to me as well, sometimes i wish i was at times that i had several personalities that i could call upon to help me through this process when i have no one around to help.
